Sussex Healthcare Provides New Jobs For Caregiving Lovers

The UK’s Sussex Healthcare is among the most reputable care homes with multiple care centers across Sussex. The network opened its first center in 1985 and has maintained its mission of giving unmatched healthcare service.

Currently, the company operates at least 15 facilities and serves seniors with age-related problems and people leaving with disabilities. Due to the increasing growth of its network, the firm has been adding new faces to its leadership and caregiving teams.

Towards the end of 2017, Sussex Healthcare announced the appointment of Amanda Morgan-Taylor as the new Chief Executive Officer. Her job formally began in January 2018, and she has already overseen several changes at the company. Amanda’s valuable contributions stem from her three decades in the healthcare industry and the firm’s unique caregiving philosophy. Her central role would be to spearhead the company’s agenda of providing quality service and expanding its reach through excellent facilities in the modern-living senior homes.

After her arrival, Amanda visited the network’s homes to familiarize with the caregivers, staffs, and residents. The need to sustain the firm’s policies and expand its reach saw the company announce jobs for new caregivers in March.

The new caregiver roles at Sussex Healthcare come with multiple benefits. Employees get paid breaks, weekend bonuses, special classes, mentorship programs, pensions, referral bonus, and other discounted services. These benefits are suitable for both professionals, people who have a passion for caring for others, and those who want to learn new skills such as taking care of dementia or mentally disabled people. Other special skills that one can learn include taking care of terminal illnesses, respite, learning disability, and acquired brain injury.

Upon joining the leadership team, Amanda’s first move was to add more choices for the residents. The network had established several indoor and outdoor activities such as gardening, but new features such as a state-of-the-art physical fitness facility expand the residents’ choices. Round-the-clock nursing staff also adds to the company’s philosophy of provision of quality services.

They include Drivers, Home Managers, Registered Nurse, Physiotherapist, Kitchen Assistants, Regional Operations Director, and Care Assistants. These jobs are distributed in regions such as Horsham, Billings Hurst, East Grinstead, Uckfield, and Crawley.
