Sujit Choudhry is one of the most highly respected scholars of comparative constitutional law in the world. He has studied at globally famous universities including Harvard, McGill and Oxford. Today, he is a Dean at the University of California, Berkeley.

Recently, Choudhry found himself in Kiev, discussing Ukraine’s unique semi-presidential system with other renowned experts. As Director of the Center for Constitutional Transitions, he often participates in such events.
